We want you to love your Earths Water products.

If something’s not quite right, we will do our best to make it right.

 

đź•’ How long do I have to return my item?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us first as our support team may be able to resolve your concern without a return. 

 

âś… When is an item eligible for return?

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused and undamaged).

  • In its original packaging, with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

 

🚫 What items can’t be returned?

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Water bottles or any item that contacts the mouth or body

  • Opened or used filter cartridges

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene items

 

đź’ł How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping costs (for both parties) are non-refundable.

  • Change-of-mind or wrong purchase returns incur a 15% restocking fee

  • If a refund is granted more than 6 months after the date of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be apply.
  • If filters have been opened or used, their cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method up to 10 business days post inspection.

 

📦 How do I return a product?

  1. Contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Once approved, we’ll issue return instructions. 

  3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Melbourne, Australia. If a refund is granted, the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  4. Once the product has been received and inspected, please allow 3 - 5 business days for one of our team members to contact you.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If the products are returned damaged, you are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers and may have a fee deducted from your refund should the product not be covered by the insurance.

 

⚠️ What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 Send your order number and photos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

 

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures.
