Orders over $199 receive FREE shipping.
Orders under $199 receive flat rate shipping of:
- $6.95 for orders under 500 grams (such as a replacement filter)
- $12.95 for all other orders

New Zealand & Singapore:

Orders over $199 receive FREE shipping.
Orders under $199 receive flat rate shipping of $29.95 

UK & Ireland

Orders over £199 receive FREE shipping.
Orders under £199 receive flat rate shipping of £29.95

Europe

Orders over €199 receive FREE shipping.
Orders under €199 receive flat rate shipping of €29.95

US/CA:

Orders over $199 receive FREE shipping.

Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 2-9 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (to metro areas) 
- Please allow a further 2-7 business days for deliveries to regional areas.

NZ/SG/UK/EU/US/CA
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Please allow a further 5-9 business days for deliveries to regional areas.

Redeliveries & Missed Deliveries:

All missed deliveries which are returned back to sender/us will incur an additional delivery charge. This will be the exact cost that is charged to us to redeliver the missed delivery by Australia Post. 

International Duties & Taxes

US/CA/EU/UK
- International delivery costs include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods.

NZ/SG
- International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods.The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.

Shipping Protection/Insurance

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout and may be preselected for convenience, but you can remove it before completing your order. It is designed to provide extra support for delivery issues that may fall outside our standard shipping responsibility, such as theft after delivery, lost parcels, or delivery disputes not otherwise covered. When selected, Shipping Protection allows us to resolve eligible issues more quickly, including arranging a replacement without lengthy investigation timeframes. Choosing not to add Shipping Protection does not affect any rights you may have under local Consumer Laws.
