We love the places we spend our weekends. The beach first thing in the morning, the walking tracks, the creek down the road. For years we were part of the problem there without ever thinking about it.
Every week another pack of bottled water came home. Every bottle was used once and thrown away, for water that was already coming out of the kitchen tap. And every one of those bottles had to go somewhere.
We did not want to choose between water we enjoyed drinking and the places we care about. So we made the tap worth drinking from.
