Cancelling your subscription
This is a subscription. It continues until you cancel it, and you are charged the subscription price each time an order is created, at the interval you chose.
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Every subscription order is held for 24 hours before it ships. Contact us in that time and we cancel it and refund it in full |

You can also pause, skip, reschedule or change a subscription in the same place. Changing the delivery date, the frequency, the product, the address or your payment details is all self-service.
If you would rather we did it, email support@earthswater.com and we will action it the same business day.
Subscription prices can change. We email you at least 14 days before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
Subscription orders are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy in the same way as any other order. The 30-Day Taste Guarantee applies to a filter unit bought when you start a subscription, not to the replacement cartridges that follow.
